Main Duties:

·         Act as a key reference/escalation point for all team matters impacting the business

·         Identify key stakeholders, build, develop and manage the relationships

·         Drive initiatives across the business to enhance customer experience

·         Meet or exceed Service Level Agreement

·         Take responsibility for keeping the team informed on policy/procedural/operational/training issues

·         Ensure minimisation of department risk and exposures

·         Drive action plans to remedy any issues arising from internal control, audit or compliance/regulatory reviews

·         Actively seek opportunities to make appropriate customer referrals to Business

·         Control lending fees collection    

Skills/ Experiences:

·         Good knowledge of credit admin functions particularly on facility and security/legal documentation; with some lending system processing & business product knowledge

·         Good understanding of risk management and practices in operations

·         Strong communication skills

·         Good people management/leadership skills

·         Stakeholder engagement & management

·         Customer focus

Good English language skill (listening, writing, communication)
