Description

• Conducts annual TNA and departmental strategic training plans to make sure to has sufficient budget plan for the implementation of the executive year;
• Coordinates Talent Management Program to ensure that all the program activities are properly implemented and all the Talent Staff profiles are properly recorded;
• Manages and coordinates Study Tour to make sure that the participants sent to the program can produce more results to their operation;
• Manages and coordinates International Visiting Program to ensure that all the guests are well-hosted and can make profit from the program;
• Coordinates the update and revision of the external training policy to make sure that it aligns with the business strategies and growth.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field;
• Two years’ experience in human resources, training or training coordination;
• Fluency in both written and spoken English;
• Computer literacy (MS. Office, internet, and e-mail);
• Good interpersonal and analytical skills;
• High responsibility, creativity, and ability to work under pressure; and
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel to the field.
