Job Description

-Works closely with Manager to ensure correct stock level are available from distribution area to assist the Food and Beverage team.
-Ensure and strictly compliance with all relevant Hygiene and Safety legislation and requirements.
-Good at training within the Food and Beverage team to ensure succession planning.
-Constantly review the product range to ensure that all key quality standards are maintained.
-Participate in the food development panel that sits to drive the food offer across the estate.
-Oversees and directs all aspects of the food and beverage department.
-Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, day to operation, strategic planning, and budget planning, forecasting, training and on-going development of team members. Responsibilities also require direct and routine interaction with key operational divisions within the restaurant.
-Be fully conversant with the restaurant cost control system, and be able to maintain costs within Budget constraints.
-Ensures that monthly reviews of total departmental productivity, versus goal, are conducted.
-Work closely with team members, to ensure that training is scheduled and that skill levels are maintained to the standards of the outlets.
-Ensure that all guests have good experiences with the restaurant food service

Job Requirement

-Minimum of 7 years of working experiences for the Food and Beverage operations in the Hotel & Restaurant Industry.
-Good command of spoken and written in English.
-Having sound knowledge in using POS system.
-Ability to plan and execute F&B action plan.
-Good knowledge in food & beverage products and good hygiene.
-Ability to handle the multiple tasks and reach the tight timeframe.
-Ability in training the subordinates as to meet the job requirements.
-Good organization and problem solving skills.
-Be able to work under pressure and long hours as necessary.
-Pleasant personality and healthy looking and processing a good interpersonal skills.
