Reporting to HR & Admin Manager, the Assistant HR & Admin Manager is responsible for assisting management on all operational aspects of HR & Admin Department. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist HR & Admin Manager in planning, developing, implementing and monitoring strategies for HR & Admin management and development such as recruitment & selection, discipline, grievance, counseling, compensation & benefits, training & development, succession/manpower/budget/developmental planning, moral/motivation/culture development and performance management.
  • Guide, monitor and relentlessly upgrade teammates and play role as example to teammates.
  • Monitor, measure and report on HR & Admin issues, opportunities and achievements to HR & Admin Manager.
  • Assist HR & Admin Manager to control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets.
  • Liaise with other functional/departmental colleagues so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR & Admin Development and to ensure they are fully informed & instructed of HR & Admin Objectives, programs and achievements.
  • Ensure activities of all teammates and colleagues meet and integrate with the company policies, regulations, programs, plan and requirements for health, safety, legal stipulations, welfare, recruitment & selection, training & development, information management, employee relation & management and compensation & benefits.
  • Contribute proactively and initiatively with HR & Admin Manager to develop and solve the departmental issues such as union, high employee turnover, security, safety, health, compensation & benefits and so on.
  • Directly implement, monitor and focus on the whole recruitment and selection for all opening positions in the company to ensure that relevant policies, regulations, programs, activities and relevant documents/tools will be strictly complied and the right candidates will be reached and employed on time.

Requirements:

  • At least bachelor degree in HRM, Business Administration of other related fields.
  • At least 6 years working experience in HR/Admin sections with minimum 2 years in supervisor or management position.
  • Knowledge of all HR & Admin functions
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Ms. Words, Ms. Excel and Internet and Email
  • Good ability of people management
