Job Description :

Main duties:

-       Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability

-       Develops annual marketing plan, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus on meeting company objectives

-       Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects

-       Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets

-       Provides timely feedback to top manager regarding performance

-       Maintains accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports

-       Creates and conducts proposal presentations

-       Controls expense to meet budget guidelines

-       Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics code and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team

-       To manage the marketing development budget delivery of all marketing activity within agreed budget

-       The achievement of frequent, timely and positive media coverage across all available media

-       Membership development attract new membership-maintain and increase its numbers

-       Public relations

-       Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity

-       Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values

-       Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments

-       Conduct regular coaching and counseling with the staff to build motivation and selling skills

-       Maintain contact with all members, clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction

Essential Requirement:

-       Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Sales/Marketing or Related Field

-       At least 5 years working experience with related field & 3years in management level

-       Experiences in international construction company is a plus

-       Strategic planning and analysis/Marketing research/Brand & Product line management

-       Proactive, with ability to self-direct through multiple concurrent projects

-       Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work with cross functional teams

-       Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives

-       Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements

-       Proven ability to oversees all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities

Must be able to communicate effectively in English

-       High achiever who is ambitious, energetic, and able to work well in fast changing environment

-       Honesty, responsible, initiative, and be able to work as team work

-       Computer literacy (MS. Word/Excel, Internet & E-mail, PowerPoint)
