Job Duties :
  • Collect all necessary information, data, and figures; and assist SOM and other relevant
  • Assist to consolidate OPD & OD POA and summarize key indicators for supervisor review and put into action.
  • Assist in formulating and/or reviewing operational business plan to be aligned with the institutional goal.  
  • Work with all branches and Regional Manager to make sure that their monthly rolling cash forecast is accurate and achievable
  • Arrange Operations Division Team meeting and other meetings held by OPD or OD.
  • Take minutes for all mentioned meetings held by OPD & OD and remind involved participants to fulfill their action points accordingly.
  • Perform Admin works such as printing, copying, slide preparation, cash advance and settlement for operations staff, and prepare documents need to be signed by concerned persons etc.`
  • Translate needy correspondences and documents from English to Khmer and vice versa.
  • Assist supervisor in compiling monthly Early Warning Report (EWR) for OPD.
  • Performs other task require by supervisor.
Job Requirement :

·         Must understand and agree on VisionFund’s Mission, Vision, values, and strategic objectives

·         Prefer a bachelor degree holder

·         At least earned 2 years related experience in secretarial work, field operations work, or at least proven sufficient competence in effective presentation, communication, or logistics support.

·         Must have a strong numeric skills, analytical and strong team-orientation preferred.

·         Must have commitment to work with the poor people in the community

·         Have foundation of administration skills/relevant experience

·         Communication with good English are required

·         Ability to use a computer, including word processor, good spreadsheets, basic data entry, PowerPoint for presentation preparation, and email are required.
