In response to our rapidly growing, iCare Benefits Cambodia is now looking for the following positions to serve to our customers.
Job Duties :
1- Partnership Development • Represent the country CEO to serve as the primary spokesperson and representative for iCare Benefits of that subsidiary and actively advocate for the organization, its mission, and its products to support its advancement and domestic growth • Represent the country CEO in building, nurturing the relationships with peer organizations and level 1 advisors, developing long-term strategic partnerships, bridging the gap and generating leads from companies within industrial associations and governmental companies • Handle Public Relationship and communication with stakeholders • Create overall operating plan within PD division that serve the mission of the division and support the strategic direction of the company domestically and globally • Create monthly, quarterly and annually plan divisionally • Be responsible for the overall KPI of the division • Oversee the operations of PD division and manage the program’s resources within budget guidelines and ensure that staff practices appropriate accounting procedure in compliance accounting standard. • Preparation Document for Pitching with Customers. • Support PD members in the team 2- Business Development Executives • Perform daily on-site in accordance with line manager’s assignment schedule (LSR/RSM). • Ensure correct enforcement of sales model policy in accordance with the Company’s regulations. • Client Care, maintain and enhance effective relationships with clients. • Grasp the overall sales technical knowledge and skills as well as skill adaptation at area-specific organizations. • Ensure timely provision for Employee’s needs and demand at the area. • Assist other departments in resolving Clients’ complaints within FS’s duties and power. • Ensure reaching of KPI targets assigned by Directors. • Maintain #registrations for iCare Benefits Program. • Increase #registrations at Corporates. • Build good relationship. • In charge of account creation and resolution of statement-related matters. • Ensure timely payment statement. • Other functions and responsibilities according to job requirements and assignments of the Company. • Achieve Key Performance Indicator of Company. 3- TELE-SALE • Receive and handle client’s complaint through telephone, e-mail, and face to face while maintaining client’s satisfaction; • Effectively and professionally communicate to the clients about related matters of savings product. • Assist to scan all the customer documents in effective and easily-retrieved manner; • Assist Supervisor in keeping and recording savings reports on a regular basis • Keep in report stock in and stock out in iCare Benefits’ warehouse • Do other tasks assigned by direct manager. 4- Cash Collection Officer Role & Responsibilities: • Work closely with accountant and statement team of iCare benefits regarding information about amount to collected and location of the target customers • Prepared plan for collection money from target customer with accountant and Statement Controller. • Collect money from our Target Customers on time. • Work closely with Accountant to settle the collected amount to Finance. • Build/Maintain Good Relationship with iCare Customers. • Communicate with iCare Customer (Mostly HR in the Cooperate Companies) about the collection plan. • Ensure that the collection plan is achieved. • Work directly with iCare Clients to collect the cash (Bad Debt) from them. • Report about the Collection, and Follow up for those pending. • other duty that assign by Manager 5- After Sale Service Officer Role & Responsibilities: • Perform daily on-site in accordance with line manager’s assignment schedule (DC). • Client Care, maintain and enhance effective relationships with clients. • Support in setting up new product for client. • Solving Clients’ complaints regarding the products bought from iCare benefits Cambodia • Deal with Suppliers regarding the products with problems and need service. • Follow up with the service center/suppliers regarding the product with problems and need to send to service centers. • Ensure reaching of KPI targets assigned by supervisor. • Maintain #registrations for iCare Benefits Program. • Increase #registrations at Corporates. • Building good relationship with supplier/Service Centers and Clients. • In charge of account creation and resolution of statement-related matters. 6- PURCHASING ORDER EXECUTIVE Role & Responsibilities: • The Purchasing Order officer shall perform the following tasks on behalf of iCare Benefits • Work closely with sale team make sure that purchase orders are place correctly. • Effectively and professionally communicate to the clients about related matters of savings product. • Place orders to iCare Benefits Suppliers, • Communicate with Suppliers making sure the product orders are deliver on time. • Assist to scan all the customer documents in effective and easily-retrieved manner; • Assist Supervisor in keeping and recording savings reports on a regular basis • Keep in report stock in and stock out in iCare Benefits’ warehouse • Do other tasks assigned by direct manager.
Job Requirement :
1- Partnership Development • Graduated in Marketing, International Relation, Business Management, Economics or other relevant degrees • Preferably with some experiences in enterprise sales for 1-2 years, and total 3 years of working experience • Strong communication skill • Computer literate; Microsoft Word and Excel • Problem Solving Skills and Time Management Skills • Excellent skill in writing and speaking English, Chinese is preferred and other languages like Korean, Japanese will be an assent. • Pleasant looking and willing in meeting people of difference level. • Willing to travel to Provinces and to around PP. 2- Business Development Executive • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or other related fields. • Possess good sales skills. • Previous experienced with Electronic Product is preferred. • Good command of English in both speaking and writing is preferred. • Proficiency in computer usage, Microsoft Office. • Negotiation and social skills, with good interaction within the company as well as outside. 3- Tele-Sale • High school • Friendly person, • Previous experience in a similar marketing role. • Good Communication skill especially on phone call. • Honest, and be a good team member. • Can be flexible about working time. 4- Cash Collection Officer • Be Honest, Responsible, Dependable, Flexible, Punctual • Strong commitment and result oriented • Able to work under pressure, individually or in team • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of Cash Collection and Cash Monitoring. • Knowledge of relevant legislation, government guidelines and best practice in relation to debt recovery • Experience in collecting money in the private or public sector is preferred • Ability to interact with customers, departmental contacts and senior managers (on Phone call, verbally and face to face). • Having valid car driving license is an advantage 5- After Sale Service Officer • Year2 student in EC or IT is preferred. • Previous experience in EC product is preferred. • Possess sales/customer service skills. • Good command of English in both speaking and writing is advantage. • Proficiency in computer usage, Microsoft Office. • Personally like in Technology update is a plus. • Negotiation and social skills, with good interaction within the company as well as outside. 6- PURCHASING ORDER EXECUTIVE • High school • Previous experienced is preferred. • Communication Skills and Negotiation Skills; • Problem Solving Skills and Time Management Skills; • Computer Knowledge, Ms Word, Office or other Application is preferred.
